On the road again pt3

We made it to the garden state parkway. Amazing! We've eaten and are ready to... Hold on, this just in. Hurricane Earl is to wimpy hurricanes as Connor is to hungry boys. He's going for seconds.. of course.

Then we'll hit the road and see how much farther we can make it.

Quote of the day overheard during a back seat diaper change (by a woman who saw a couple walking two puppies at a rest stop): "wow, you must have to stop an awful lot with them. It's like having a newborn at home." To which I responded and gestured while crunched into the back seat, changing a diaper, wiping up poopoo-kachoo. "No, THIS is like having a newborn at home". I think I even heard Connor mutter, "Come on! I'm sitting right here!"

Connor just looked up at Mom, and gave her the "let's hit it! This place is played out."
