Slow and steady

Today has been a slow day that has seemed to fly by. Nana and Grandpa went to Manchester yesterday to get an AC unit for the guest room window. Coooool. Connor enjoys napping in the AC comfort.

Today started with a run for Grandpa and Dad. Then Connor pretty much ate until lunchtime off and on. If he had not eaten enough the last couple days, he made it all up this morning.

Mom and Dad went for a walk down the beach this morning to get smoothies. Then they had lunch on the beach. The sea breeze finally started to swirl today. Felt great. Nana and Grandpa have been having a blast watching (and playing with) Connor.

Typing makes me hot.
